Why is music not clear underwater?
Ensure the proper positioning of the earplugs to seamlessly match the contours of your ears to prevent water from entering the earplugs or causing them to come loose, which can affect sound quality.
Why aren't the radio stations I want available, or why is the signal poor for some stations?
This is a professional MP3 Player, the FM is only gifted function. The channels of FM you can receive maybe limited and the signal of FM is not so good as professional FM receiver especially in some closed space.
Why does a song keep repeating or start playing songs that have never been played before, and how do I adjust the mode?
1.Press and hold the "Volume -" button to switch between three modes: shuffle play, sequential play, and single loop.
2.Please avoid creating folders on the MP3 player.
3.Make sure the music you load onto the MP3 player is in MP3 format.
Does the W16 allow me to download files directly from iTunes without converting to MP3?
You cannot directly download files from iTunes. Please convert your music files to formats such as MP3, WMA, OGG, APE, FLAC, WAV, AAC-LC, M4A, etc., with MP3 format being the most suitable. Note: Do not create folders in MP3.
